【摘要】:ThispartofISO11126specifiesrequirementsforstauroliteabrasives,assuppliedforblast-cleaningprocesses.Itspecifiesrangesofparticlesizesandvaluesforapparentdensity,Mohshardness,moisturecontent,conductivityofaqueousextractandwater-solublechlorides.TherequirementsspecifiedinthispartofISO11126applytoabrasivessuppliedinthe"new"conditiononly.Theydonotapplytoabrasiveseitherduringorafteruse.Testmethodsfornon-metallicblast-cleaningabrasivesaregiveninthevariouspartsofISO11127.NOTE1Informationoncommonlyreferencednationalstandardsfornon-metallicabrasivesisgiveninannexA.NOTE2AlthoughthispartofISO11126hasbeendevelopedspecificallytomeetrequirementsforpreparationofsteelwork,thepropertiesspecifiedwillgenerallybeappropriateforusewhenpreparingothermaterialsurfaces,orcomponents,usingblast-cleaningtechniques.ThesetechniquesaredescribedinISO8504-2:1992.Preparationofsteelsubstratesbeforeapplicationofpaintsandrelatedproducts—Surfacepreparationmethods—Part2:Abrasiveblast-cleaning.
