【摘要】:Replacement:ThispartofIEC61558dealswithsafetyaspectsofcontroltransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingcontroltransformerssuchaselectrical,thermalandmechanicalsafety.ThisPart2-2isapplicabletocontroltransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingbothcontroltransformersandelectroniccircuits.ThisPart2-2isnotapplicabletoexternalcircuitsandtheircomponentsintendedtobeconnectedtotheinputterminals,outputterminalsorsocket-outletsofthetransformerandpowersupplies.ThisPart2-2doesnotapplytotransformerscoveredbyIEC60076-11.ThisPart2-2appliestostationaryorportable,single-phaseorpoly-phase,air-cooled(naturalorforced),independentorassociatedcontroltransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingacontroltransformer,havingaratedsupplyvoltagenotexceeding1000Va.c.andratedsupplyandinternaloperatingfrequencynotexceeding500Hz.Theratedthermaloutputdoesnotexceed:–25kVAforsingle-phasecontroltransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingcontroltransformers;–40kVAforpoly-phasecontroltransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingcontroltransformers.ThisPart2-2isapplicabletocontroltransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingcontroltransformerswithoutlimitationoftheratedoutputsubjecttoanagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthemanufacturer.ThisPart2-2isapplicabletodry-typetransformers.Thewindingsmaybeencapsulatedornon-encapsulated.Theno-loadoutputvoltageortheratedoutputvoltagedoesnotexceed1000Va.c.or1415Vripple-freed.c.Forindependentcontroltransformersandindependentpowersuppliesincorporatingcontroltransformers,theno-loadoutputvoltageand/ortheratedoutputvoltageisnotlessthan50Va.c.,or120Vripplefreed.c.ControltransformerscoveredbythisPart2-2areusedonlyinapplicationswheredoubleorreinforcedinsulationbetweencircuitsisnotrequiredbytheinstallationrulesorbytheendproductstandard.NOTE1Normally,thecontroltransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingcontroltransformersareintendedtobeusedwithequipmenttoprovidevoltagesdifferentfromthesupplyvoltageforthefunctionalrequirementsoftheequipment.Theprotectionagainstelectricshockmaybeprovided(orcompleted)byotherfeaturesoftheequipment,suchasthebody.Partsofoutputcircuitsmaybeconnectedtotheinputcircuitsortoprotectiveearth.ThisPart2-2isapplicabletocontroltransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingcontroltransformersassociatedwithspecificequipment,totheextentdecideduponbytherelevantIECtechnicalcommittees.NOTE2Attentionisdrawntothefollowing:–forcontroltransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingcontroltransformersintendedtobeusedinvehicles,onboardshipsandonboardaircraft,additionalrequirements(fromotherapplicablestandards,nationalrules,etc.)maybenecessary;–measurestoprotecttheenclosureandthecomponentsinsidetheenclosureagainstexternalinfluencessuchasfungus,vermin,termites,solar-radiation,andicingshouldalsobeconsidered;–thedifferentconditionsfortransportation,storage,andoperationofthecontroltransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingcontroltransformersshouldalsobeconsidered;–additionalrequirementsinaccordancewithotherappropriatestandardsandnationalrulesmaybeapplicabletocontroltransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingcontroltransformersintendedforuseinspecialenvironments,suchastropicalenvironments.NOTE3Futuretechnologicaldevelopmentofcontroltransformersandpowersuppliesincorporatingcontroltransformersmaynecessitateaneedtoincreasetheupperlimitofthefrequencies,untilthenthisPart2-2maybeusedasaguidancedocument.
