【摘要】:ThescopeforthisEuropeanStandardislimitedto:?paymentmethod:CentralaccountbasedonEFC-DSRC;?physicalsystems:OBU,RSEandtheDSRCinterfacebetweenthem(allfunctionsandinformationflowsrelatedtotheseparts);?DSRC-linkrequirements;?EFCtransactionsovertheDSRCinterface;?dataelementstobeusedbyOBUandRSEusedinEFC-DSRCtransactions;?securitymechanismsforOBUandRSEusedinEFC-DSRCtransactions.ItisoutsidethescopeofthisEuropeanStandardtodefine:?contractualandproceduralinteroperabilityrequirements(includingissuesrelatedtoaMemorandumofUnderstanding,MoU);?conformanceproceduresandtestspecification(thisisprovidedinaseparatesetofstandards);?setting-upofoperatingorganizations(e.g.clearingoperator,issuing,trustedthirdpartyetc.);?legalissues;?otherpaymentmethodsinDSRC-basedEFC(e.g.on-boardaccountsusingintegratedcircuitcards);?otherbasictechnologies(e.g.GNSS/CNorvideoregistrationbasedEFC).However,thisEuropeanStandardmaybeusedfordefiningtheDSRC-EFCpartsfortheuseinapplicationsthatimplementamixofdifferenttechnologies.?otherinterfacesorfunctionsinEFC-systemsthanthosespecifiedabove(i.e.informationflowsanddataexchangebetweenoperatorsorpersonalisation,initialisationandcustomisationoftheOBU).SomeoftheseissuesaresubjecttoseparatestandardspreparedbyCEN/TC278,ISO/TC204orETSIERM.ThefollowingfigureshowsthescopeofthisEuropeanStandardfromaDSRC-stackperspective.ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesanApplicationProfilebasedontheISP-concept.ThebasestandardsthatthisApplicationProfileisbaseduponare:?ENISO14906onEFCapplicationinterfacedefinitionforDSRC(thisimpliesindirectreferencestoENISO14816onNumberinganddatastructures);?EN12834:onDSRCapplicationlayer(L7).?EN13372onDSRCprofiles(thisimpliesindirectreferencestotheDSRCL1,L2andL7standards:EN12253,EN12795andEN12834).

【摘要】:Interiorpaintfilmsoftenbecomesoiled,especiallyneardoorways,windows,andplayareas,andfrequentlyneedtobecleanedbyscrubbing.Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftherelativeresistanceofpaintstoerosionwhenscrubbed.Theprecisionofscrubresistancemeasurementsinabsolutephysicalvalues,suchasTestMethodsD2486cycles-to-failureorthistestmethod,microlitresper100cycles,ispoorduetotherelativelylargeeffectofsubtleanddifficult-to-controlvariablesintestconditions.Thetestmethoddescribedhereinminimizesthisproblembyusingastandardcalibrationpanelasanintegralpartofeachscrubbingoperationandrelatingitsweightlosstothatofthepaintfilmundertesttoestablishthelatter''sscrubresistance.Note18212;Thenumericalscrubresistancevaluesobtainedbythistestmethodareofsignificanceonlyinrelationtothespecificcalibrationpaneltypeswithwhichthevalueisobtained.Thus,forexample,ascrubresistancevalueof83withaTypeXcalibrationpanelwouldbereportedas83X.Resultsobtainedbythistestmethoddonotnecessarilyrepresentthescrubresistancethatmightbedeterminedifthetestfilmisallowedtodrybeforetestingappreciablylongerthantheseven-dayperiodspecifiedherein.Resultsobtainedbythistestmethoddonotnecessarilyrelatetoeaseofsoilorstainremoval(alsoreferredtoasx201C;cleanabilityx201D;orx201C;cleansabilityx201D;).TotestforthosecharacteristicsuseTestMethodsD3450andD4828.FIG.1AlignmentofPanelsforScrubbing1.1Thistestmethodcoversanacceleratedprocedurefordeterminingtheresistanceofpaintstoerosioncausedbyscrubbing.(Note:Thetermwetabrasionissometimesusedforscrubbing,andwetabrasionresistanceorscrubbabilityforscrubresistance.)Althoughscrubresistancetestsareintendedprimarilyforinteriorcoatings,theyaresometimesusedwithexteriorcoatingsasanadditionalmeasureoffilmperformance.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
