【摘要】:PCRTApplicationsandCapabilities8212;PCRThasbeenappliedsuccessfullytoawiderangeofNDTapplicationsinthemanufactureandmaintenanceofmetallicandnon-metallicparts.Examplesofanomaliesdetectedarediscussedin1.1.PCRThasbeenshowntoprovidecosteffectiveandaccurateNDTsolutionsinmanyindustriesincludingautomotive,aerospace,andpowergeneration.Examplesofsuccessfulapplicationscurrentlyemployedincommercialuseinclude,butarenotlimitedto:(1)Siliconnitridebearingelements(2)Investmentcaststeelrockerarms(3)Castgasturbineblades(4)Stampedandbrazedsteelrockerarms(5)Castaluminumknucklesandcontrolarms(6)Castductileironcontrolarms(7)Castcylinderheadsandcylinderblocks(8)Sinteredpowdermetalgearsandclutchplates(9)Machinedforgedsteelsteeringracks(10)Machinedforgedsteeltransmissiongearsandshafts(11)Ceramicoxygensensors(12)Siliconwafers(13)GasturbinecomponentsGeneralApproachandEquipmentRequirementsforPCRTviaSweptSineInput:PCRTsystemsarecomprisedofhardwareandsoftwarecapableofinducingvibrations,recordingpartresponsetotheinducedvibrations,andexecutinganalysisofthedatacollected.Inputtingasweptsinewaveintotheparthasproventobeaneffectivemeansofintroducingmechanicalvibration,andcanbeachievedwithahighqualitysignalgeneratorcoupledwithanappropriateactivetransducerinphysicalcontactwiththepart.Collectionofthepartx2019;sfrequencyresponsecanbeachievedbyrecordingthesignalgeneratedbyanappropriatepassivevibrationtransducer.Thesoftwarerequiredtoanalyzetheavailabledatamayincludeavarietyofsuitablestatisticalanalysisandpatternrecognitiontools.MeasurementaccuracyandrepeatabilityareextremelyimportanttotheapplicationofPCRT.HardwareRequirements8212;Asweptsinewavesignalgeneratorandresponsemeasurementsystemoperatingoverthedesiredfrequencyrangeofthetestpartarerequiredwithaccuracybetterthan0.002%.Thesignalgeneratorshouldbecalibratedtoapplicableindustrystandards.Transducersmustbeoperableoversamefrequencyrange.Threetransducersaretypicallyused;oneDrivetransducerandtwoReceivetransducers.Transducerstypicallyoperateinadryenvironment,providingdirectcontactcouplingtothepartunderexamination.However,noncontactingresponsemethodscanoperatesuitablywhenpartsarewetoroil-coated.Otherthanfixturingandtransducercontact,noothercontactwiththepartisallowedasthesemechanicalforcesdampencertainvibrations.Foroptimalexamination,partsshouldbeplacedpreciselyonthetransducers(generally,x00B1;0.062in.(1.6mm)ineachaxisprovidesacceptableresults).TheexaminationnestandcablingshallisolatetheDrivefromReceivesignalsandgroundreturns,soastonotproduce(mechanicalorelectrical)crosstalkbetweenchannels.Excessiveexternalvibrationoraudiblenoise,orboth,willcompromisethemeasurements.ConstraintsandLimitations:PCRTcannot..........
